MEGAN: Hi, my name is Megan. My first step in treatment with Dr. Heringer was a smile evaluation. I came in to see Dr. Heringer just for a regular check up and decided to go a little bit further and see what he could do for my smile, more cosmetic. He was very straightforward with me and explained everything to me so I would know what the treatment would entail.

The first thing that we did is take photographs, very close up photographs. And then he displayed the pictures on a screen for me. And was able to show me each part of my smile that we could improve and just some different things that we could do such as gum lift, reshaping, bonding and also we talked about the Zoom! whitening that he did. He explained to me how he would use water laser to do the treatment and it would be pain free, which really sparked my interest. Because I'm not the kind of person who gets excited about going to the dentist and it was kind of nice to actually feel excited and know that when I left that day I would be able to see my results.
