DR. EVERETT HERINGER: In our office the patient comes first, there's no question about it. We want our patient to have the best experience. We want them to feel comfortable in our office. And also they're number one in our office; they're the VIP. When they're in the door my team members and I know that they're the most important reason that we are here and practicing is to make sure that number one, they get proper service and number two, they're treated with kindness and comfort.

Many times we're told by new patients who are not long term family members of ours, so to speak, how they noticed that from the very first phone call how they feel that we are a warm practice and a comfortable practice. And they're greeted with friendliness and laughter. We like to have a good time here.

We operate off the philosophy with the fish philosophy, if you can't have fun at work well then really it's work. So we want to have fun and we're very serious about what we do.
