TRACI: Hi, I'm Tracy and this is my mom Dori. And I got introduced to Dr. Heringer. He did some cosmetic things to enhance my smile. I was so thrilled about the results because it's been something that I've been working toward for many, many years. And my mom has obviously been instrumental in that. When I was young, she was the one that took me to the dentist and took me to the orthodontist and just really just stood by my side. Even in college, she really was always there in trying to help me achieve these goals as far as getting the results I was looking for. So when everything was all said and done, finally I had my smile. I thought to myself, she needs to come and see Dr. Heringer now. And she needs to spend some time for herself and enhance her smile. DORI: So she talked me into it. And when she first started telling me about it I had no interest in going because I had had such a bad experience when I was young. I had tripped or someone pushed me and I ended up chipping my front tooth. A couple of years later the tooth died so I had to have a root canal and a crown put on. The first time I looked at the crown I just started crying. It was big, it was bulky, it wasn't the same color; it just didn't match at all and I just wished I had nothing done. That I had stayed with my chipped tooth. Then through the years I ended up thinking, okay, I'm going to have something done if I could just find the right dentist. I just never found anyone that I could feel comfortable with that I could trust. I wanted to have a good job done. Well when I had seen what Tracy had accomplished I thought well maybe this is the guy. He was very considerate because I'm two and a half hours away from here. So as far as time wise, I only made three trips and he just did an excellent job. The first time I saw my crown, I think I did cartwheels out of the office. Like I said, he just did a great job. I was very pleased. It was everything that I had hoped for also.
